I can describe having a heart as a state of mind and it includes physical, internal and spiritual well-being.



What is wellness for life?

It is an ongoing process and a lifelong journey, not a one-time event. Health and Wellness Promotion, along with many other lot resources, is encouraging and supportive. It can also help individuals to live longer, manage current health conditions, and support recovery from illness, injury, and dependence.


We invite you to think that the heart means to be healthy in many areas of our lives. These constraints are connected, one size building to another.

What is the importance of fitness and wellness of life?



I have participated in 4 reasons why strength and love of heart are really important in life?


Physical fitness helps control blood pressure. The heart is a muscle and if not exercised it will not be healthy. If you are fit, your heart is less likely to develop a heart condition plant in many human minutes.

Exercise - fitness - is good for anyone with arthritis or strong muscles. Gentle exercise from walking or swimming helps to strengthen muscles, joints and ligaments so that the range of motion is maintained or really increased.

When you go out and walk you will see or meet other people and this social trade is necessary to always feel happy for yourself and your life.

Fats cause a lot of problems, from aging joints to the heart space and a lot of problems in between, as well as making you feel bad about your body. If you are fit and healthy, you will always be confident and very happy as you are always looking for people and a situation that helps you enjoy life.

How does health and wellness affect your life?


I have the right to be fit to work my life. My water is clean, my food is healthy, I can go to a spa class and travel time. I had to pay for PT to help me train and get proper nutrition. I'm really scared that this isn't true for everyone, but I do believe that each of us can make a difference.


I also work hard for my strength and health. I have experienced history of internal health problems, major depression and anxiety. And recently I started to realize that I probably have ADD. So planning my diet, refections and training is a challenge. But I do, rain or sun, inspired or not.


Life is much better through sports. It helps me to be balanced. It lowers my anxiety and depression. It helps me sleep better. It helps me to manage my energy. It proves to me that I can keep my promise.


Extra benefit, I am about 40 years old, I have a body of someone in my 20s, I am size 6, almost sick and able to carry heavy bags of groceries smoothly. I have no problem moving, walking, climbing mountains. In fact, I feel more in my body than when I was a teenager. My twenties were ruined by food allergies and my thirties were weak due to fertility and back pain. My best 40!


Going back a bit — people think they can see in the way I look. When I lose weight or gain weight (in their eyes, which is probably right now), when they see muscles or lines, I get horrible ideas (participants thank me for being * winkwink *) and unsolicited ideas about women and muscles. People who feel aware that there are many different reasons to stay fit. Vanity is not the most important bone.


What are the dimensions of wellness?



To avoid unexpected pressure. And that is very soft in this life. You should give yourself time to relax and re-charge with the peaceful temptations removed from all demands, always. Just sleep 7 hours. It is not enough. And high quality food as a staple food. Stop eating cheap food, and set up artificial waste in the supermarket. Freshly caught, unprocessed fish, real olive cannabis, or coconut, and vegetables and fruits are the healthy things your body desires to fight the daily pollutants that we breathe and inhale every day in this modern world. Moderate exercise. You can. Exercise and reduce stress by walking in nature or on sand, exercising. The mother outside the door silences and re-charges the cells.

Good health is the process and change we go through to achieve our full destiny and improve our overall well-being. Heart decisions are the emotional state of the financial geek occupational physical and spiritual heart. I know that was a lot but now that we have found out what makes life and heart so different.


The difference between life and the heart is that life is an object and the heart is the active process of achieving that thing. Now you must be wondering why the other genre may not know what this will do for me.


The difference between the two is necessary to know for many reasons helps us to assume that we can not always choose the state of our health but we have a conscious choice to make an effective decision regarding the heart.
